Our Story

Kyle J. Workman

Kyle Workman was born and raised in the Bitterroot. He attended Montana State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics. Immediately after college, Kyle attended Michigan State University College of Law. While in law school he was awarded the Jurisprudence Achievement Award for his outstanding proficiency in Legal Writing. Additionally, Kyle worked with the Genesee County Prosecutor’s Office where he handled a wide array of felony cases. Kyle is Licensed to practice in both Montana & Arizona.

After graduating from law school, Kyle returned home to Montana. Following completion of the Bar Exam he took some time away from the practice of law and worked as a ranch hand in Eastern Montana. Once the spurs were hung up, Kyle set his sights on Law. He was admitted to the Arizona bar and immediately started at the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, prosecuting misdemeanor cases. Once back in Montana, Kyle began working in the civil arena, representing clients in complex litigation. Kyle takes the hard-working attitude from his ranching background and applies that to his practice.
